I will be working with students at Hubbell as an interventionist this year.  I provide additional support to students in reading and math.

I graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Elementary Education and a reading endorsement.  I have taught first, second, third, and fourth grade.  I enjoy working with children of all ages.

My name is Jean Maurer and I am the SUCCESS Case Manager at Hubbell Elementary. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2007 and have been with Des Moines Public School as a SUCCESS Case Manager since 2012. I am proud to be part of the Hubbell community and feel fortunate to be able to work along such an amazing staff, students and their families.
