Jamie Page

Kindergarten Teacher

Welcome to kindergarten! Kindergarten is such an amazing time of growth – both academically and socially. It is amazing to begin this school journey with our young learners!

Since graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2003, I have spent my teaching years here at Hubbell in a variety of roles. During my first five years here, I taught special education and enjoyed being able to co-teach with many different teachers. I then moved into a general education classroom and taught second grade for three years. I loved teaching second graders—their sense of humor and wonderful questions kept me on my toes! During this time I received my masters from the University of Illinois in Global Studies in Education. I also spent five years working with Hubbell’s amazing staff as the IB coordinator. I learned a ton from our teachers, but was very excited to return to the classroom. Now, I get to spend my days with our youngest learners and love every minute of it!

When I am not at school, you can usually find me at some type of sporting events. Between my 3 children, they are on teams for basketball, wrestling, football, softball, baseball, and volleyball!
