We are excited to see a new trophy earned today by five 5th graders at the Quiz Bowl conducted by the G/T Dept. of DMPS.

The students who won this trophy for Hubbell were Norah Egge, Carolina Crescencio-Martinez, Willem Lindstrom, Zackary Phillips and Sadie Tyler.

These students competed against qualifying G/T students from seven other elementary schools.  Mrs. Aerisolphal accompanied them to the event and is proud to see them win the 1st place award.  The competition was stiff but the Hubbell team members kept their focus and answered many difficult questions.
