“Big Buddies” from Roosevelt

​Roosevelt students from Nikki Force’s room worked with Hubbell First Graders in a joint effort. The Roosevelt Students visited in late November and got to know a few students in the class. As part of a final project the kids wrote a children’s story using their first grade buddy’s name and personal interest. The students then returned in January with a bounded book for each student to enjoy. The Hubbell first graders loved getting to know their “Big Buddies” from Roosevelt.
