Hubbell celebrated the Chinese New Year with a photo booth.

It was a special reunion here at Hubbell Elementary School. After nearly 10 months in Kuwait, U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Joshua England made Hubbell his first stop upon returning to Des Moines.
